For decades my family has met and exceeded the expectations of the most ambitious and exacting customers. Those forbears include my inspirational grandfather, the hotelier and professor, Philippe Mazzetti, who authored several industry-standard books over his 45-year career. I, myself, worked for more than 20 years in the 5* service industry before founding LP-Concierge.
